In this book "Secret Matter SVP" there are important
facts about criminal Swiss People's Party
(Schweizerische Volkspartei, SVP) on 202 pages. This
political party is just not at all neutrally structured
like a Swiss political party, but the decision making
processes are absolutely hierarchical. People without
the name "Blocher" only may nod.
2003-2007: Blocher as a government member
For becoming a government member, racist Christoph
Blocher needed three rounds of voting, and also then the
result with 121 to 116 votes was very scarce.

Racist Christoph Blocher was elected a government
member on December 10, 2003 [2]
Minister of Justice of before had been Mrs. Ruth Metzler
from "Christian" CVP. She had failed in the asylum topic
during 4 years
-- because the prescriptions for criminal foreigners
were hardly sharpened
-- because she did not give any occupation to asylum
seekers so they became often criminal
-- because whole Europe had no idea to take earnest
Africans and Muslims and because the lie of September
11, 2001, had never been confessed, and because there
was never any trial to operate with foundations in
African and Muslim countries bettering life conditions
there stopping the dragger's work manipulating people
there for "trips" to Europe.
Thus the draggers had always work. They organized the
asylum waves, and Swiss government with Mrs. Ruth
Metzler in the Justice and Police Department let go
everything leaving the Swiss population with many
criminal asylum seekers. I personally could see this
situation in Basel from 2001 to 2006 with walking
shopping centers on two legs selling their drugs storing
their drugs in the gardens of the houses and in the
backyards, and police pretended not to be capable to do
anything and SVP was printing enough flyers spreading
this and further facts in whole Switzerland. With these
asylum seekers an arrogance was coming out against Swiss
people which could not be accepted any more, with
mobbing and attacks everywhere thus many little national
groups were founded in Switzerland, for example Swiss

is that foreigner's criminality is not
hindered by reports and laws but one has to
integrate foreigners and one should found
foundations abroad to better the life
conditions at the origin thus the draggers
will have no "clients" any more.

There were many promises by the national Swiss
government but nothing had been done.
When asylum seekers cannot work during all the waiting
time in an asylum process then everybody has to accept
that these people will accept some work by the time
which is offered to them, also when it's criminal
"work". And therefore Mrs. Metzler was not reelected
because she was concealing everything concerning the
bitter truth about criminal asylum seekers bewaring the
"facade" of Switzerland...
Blocher getting started as a Swiss "Minister
of Justice" in 2004
-- only now his wife Silvia Blocher is coming out of the
shadow of her husband, and only now Swiss public is
getting the information that she is sharing the same
enemy stereotypes and racist mentality like her husband
(p.75)
-- above all Mr. Pascal Couchepin is one of the
principal political enemies [in Swiss government] (p.75)
-- brother Gerhard Blocher is hardly noticed in the
Swiss media until 2007 (p.76)
-- in 2004 Blocher gives up being a President of AUNS
and new President of AUNS is Pirmin Schwander from the
canton of Schwyz, he is more a balanced persons,
officially he is only "provisionally" a President, but
this phase is lasting more and more (p.108-109).
Scarce vote for racist Christoph Blocher for being a
Swiss government member should have given an impulse to
him to change his behavior basically stopping his
shouting against political enemy and against foreigners
and stopping racist poster propaganda. But just the
contrary was the case. Now SVP propaganda was even
worse. SVP was operating with a Nazi rat poster against
Socialists now:

But the truth is
just the CONTRARY: By the persecution
during 2,000 years with prohibitions of jobs
Jewry had to organize themselves more
intellectually than the mass of Germans. And
since 1900 for building the state of
Israel Zionism was just doing this what was
missing in Jewry: In whole Europe Jewish
agricultural institutes were founded
educating many Jewish farmers going to
Palestine "first". All this is concealed in
this film "Eternal Jew".

was describing precisely where SVP was standing
mentally: Since 1999 SVP was in an absolute racism and
Nazism. Mr. racist Blocher (better the tree racist
Blochers: Christoph Blocher, Gerhard Blocher, and Silvia
Blocher) and their racist "friends" (Maurer, Fehr,
Schlüer, Mörgeli) were presenting their political IQ
with this Nazi rat poster. Nazis in Germany also
depicted their enemies with animals (in the film
"Eternal Jew" depicting Jews like rats). Also racist
"U.S.A." were depicting their Japanese enemy like rats.
Third Reich was using also other animals depicting
political enemies, for example in the review "Der
Stürmer" (Forward) with spins and octopods.

Well, SVP also was more and more an octopod occupying
whole Switzerland spreading their racist ideas in whole
Switzerland instead of developing an integrated policy
for the whole world with the profits of bank secret and
money laundering. And racist Christoph Blocher remained
a Swiss shouter without manners. He did not fulfill the
customs of a government member whereas he had a maximum
of power for Swiss conditions - but he was not aware of
this as it seems. That means: Racist Christoph Blocher
failed to be a statesman. Sandro Stark (pseudonymous) is
telling it like this:

Gerhard and Christoph Blocher also remained in their
mental prison of Nazi Bible extremism of 1940 when
Christoph Blocher was a government member (p.191).
Supplement: no future ideas - Blocher's millions are
going on financing only propaganda against foreigners
Blocher & Blocher & Blocher (Christoph, brother
Gerhard, and wife Silvia Blocher) have no ideas for the
future, that means
-- in December 2004 they let organize a police pocket
with bully police against soccer fans in the train
station of Zurich Altstetten District applying biting
tear gas showing their "muscles" with the detention of
300 innocent soccer fans whereas only 30 violent soccer
fans had to be filtered from the mass, and the
"operations manager" of the police was even reporting
that his bully police of Zurich had "done a good job"
-- Blocher & Blocher & Blocher were going on
with atomic power with eternal atomic waste not
installing any foundation for a change of energy
supporting the development of alternative energies
-- Blocher & Blocher & Blocher let pursue
foreigners - who have lived once in criminal Switzerland

for fun, because they always mean that any entry in the
Swiss police computer would be right, and thus Blocher

"Christianity" is more and more getting into a defensive
position and Islam has more and more any moral right to
spread in the whole world because "Christianity" is
committing the atrocities with Iraq and Afghanistan war,
and refugees are spreading in the whole world against
this criminal "Christianity"
-- they do not have the courage to state clearly that
the purchase of oil of the western world is just from
Muslim states who are supporting the building of new
mosques in the whole world (Saudi Arabia is financing
the mosques in all the world)
-- and of course they don't have the courage to confess
that "special case of Switzerland" has converted into a
"special case of SVP"
-- and Switzerland has a very high level in science with
it's both Technical High Schools (ETH) in Zurich and in
Lausanne, but many Blocher millions are only put into
SVP propaganda instead of supporting many good science
projects getting new market products - also concerning
alternative energies.
Thus Blocher & Blocher & Blocher are blocking
just everything concerning future visions, and they are
failing in any kind of integral kind of thinking and
detecting new solutions for big problems.

member Blocher is provoking a big escalation with soccer
fans, a kind of civil war against soccer fan groups.
Almost every third soccer game is becoming a "risk

and are lightening and throwing fire petards in the
stadium up to the occupation of the playground or up to
the formation of a pocket against the police in the
stadium and up to stone battles in front of the stadium
etc. This is Blocher's policy. Blocher is provoking
masses of new jobs for Swiss police - all is paid by
stupid tax payer not realizing the maneuvers of this
racist Blocher!

After this event violence in Swiss soccer stadiums was
escalating against Swiss police, and the heads of police
had always new "work" to give...
In short words: racist Blocher as a Swiss Minister of
Justice with his staff with justice and police and Swiss
Secret Service were a horror. They registered always
more violence and were controlling and watching more and
more persons instead of installing peace in Switzerland.

messages repeating them again and again. In this manner
SVP has developed as a whole - simple and stupid.

comic posters - and with this he is reducing SVP to a
comic! The aim of SVP is the complete dominance of
Switzerland - thus whole Switzerland will be stupid and
comic! Segert claims that the Nazi color combination
black and red would be only symbols

-- and white surface for Swiss people.
But I never saw so black foreigners and so big Swiss

Hamburg. He studied history and German in
Constance in Germany. He is a member of SVP.
Mr. Segert knows precisely what he is doing
with such posters. He is spreading Nazi
energies, he is spreading "brown cream" in
whole Switzerland, partly with the effect in
whole Europe up to England. This Nazi
Segert? - He is even feeling well with it! -
And Swiss justice? - Is not doing ANYTHING!

2005: "Foundation for middle class politics"
("Stiftung für bürgerliche Politik") - only SVP is
said to be "middle class" yet
This foundation was founded in 2005 by president Hans
Kaufmann and Zurich government member Rita Fuhrer, with
Caspar Baader, Toni Brunner, and with Walter Frey as
highest representatives, all members of SVP. This
foundation should support other "non-profit" foundations
- and indirectly all other middle class parties are
defined as "not middle class any more". Additionally
foundations in Switzerland have the advantage that they
don't have to present their activities in public
(p.170). Foundations can also lure people from FDP and
CVP into the boat of SVP. And this foundation is
financing actions of SVP - of course... and even people
from the Socialists (SP) are giving money to this
foundation... (p.171)
This "foundation" is said to have over 200 million Swiss
Francs on their bank accounts, was reported in a report
of 2011.

Conclusion: This foundation is only one more poison in
Swiss policy and is only installed for SVP. The title
"Foundation for middle class politics" is a giant lie
and should be in other words showing the reality,
something like this: "

regulars table fantasies in Nazi colors for the most
inefficient propaganda politics of the whole world."
The level of Switzerland was going down partly
In many sectors Switzerland has sunk to mediocrity.
Questions and collaboration is more and more not wanted
any more (p.174). Concerning schooling SVP is not at all
top. Other countries have overcome Switzerland much
according to schooling and further education (p.175).
2006 appr.: Blocher's fortune before the financial
crisis of 2008: about 2.5 billion Swiss Francs
Christoph Blocher - together with his "assist" Gerhard
Blocher - has got an estimated fortune of about 2.5
billion Swiss Francs. The profit of this fortune per
year is about 100 million Swiss Francs, and this is a
low estimation (p.159). The last publicly controllable
tax declaration of racist Christoph Blocher was 15
million Swiss Francs (p.159-160). Since some years Mr.
Blocher blocked the public view into his tax declaration
(p.159).
It seems strange that on most public lists of the
"richest of Switzerland" Christoph Blocher is not
mentioned, neither on lists with the first 10 nor on the
lists with the first 300. But on Wikipedia Blocher
family is rated on place number 15 with a fortune of 2
to 3 billion Swiss Francs.

What could have been done with
these 14 million Swiss Francs in other countries?
Many good things! But Nazi SVP rather likes to waste
the money manipulating Swiss population WITHOUT END.
In this manner also the Third Reich was ending in
ruins. When Switzerland is going on with Nazi colors
in this way then similar things will happen.
In 2007 SVP is spending for propaganda 14 million
Swiss Francs, 7 million Swiss Francs each
Nº 1 for the campaign against criminal asylum
seekers with the poster with the white and the black
sheep stating "There will be more safety"
Nº 2 for the campaign for Christoph Blocher and the
national elections (p.180). Quotation:

they were worth every Franc. Because there are not

Such a trouble by the organization "The Black Sheep"
("Das schwarze Schaf") was organized on October 6, 2007,
for example blocking the demonstration of SVP "March on
Berne" which was a copy of other Fascist marches (March
on Rome 1922, March on Berlin 1923, March on Berne of
Swiss Nazi "Frontists" of 1937). With this "March on
Berne" in 2007 SVP was proving one more time it's real
racist and Fascist identity. Shortly before the national
elections the racist leaders of SVP considered the the
complete dominance would have come but more than street
fights between police and the left militants could not
be seen and SVP could not perform any demonstration in
front of the Federal Government Building but they had to
stay at the location of the beginning. There were
political consequences - but in a very Swiss way - these
consequences were hitting the wrong side: Safety
director of Berne, Peter Hugli from the Free Democrats
(FDP) was kicked off his job instead one of the Nazis of
SVP had been kicked off at least! SVP was enjoyed
because when FDP had a loss then this would also be a
political enemy. For SVP it's not important if
Socialists or Free Democrats will be weakened. But
"neutral" Swiss do not want to confess yet that they
have a big Nazi party in their country, Nazi SVP.

der Ex-Pfarrer am Wahlsonntag über
SP-Präsident Hans-Jürg
Fehr (59) äussert, der im Wahlstudio nur
wenige Meter neben ihm steht.
Gerhard Blocher: «Das ist der allerletzte
Mensch, den es gibt auf diesem Erdboden.»
Reporter: «Wegen?»
Blocher: «Sie müssen ihn mal anschauen. So
sieht man einfach nicht aus.»

Aussagen von Gerhard Blocher», sagt Sprecher

Denn die Fehr-Attacke war nicht die einzige
Szene, die für Empörung sorgte. Gerhard
Blocher sprach im Film
von «ausmerzen». Wörtlich: «Christoph muss den
ganzen Sauladen unserer Schweizer Politik
ausräumen. Ob er das fertig bringt, weiss ich
nicht. Das kann noch Jahrzehnte dauern. Das
muss ausgemerzt werden.»
Das Bundeshaus ist für Gerhard Blocher nicht
nur ein «Sauladen», sondern «eine Festung mit
dicken Mauern». Er redet wirr von «Fliegern,
Panzern und Artillerie» und von einem
«Sperrfeuer», das sein Bruder ausgerichtet
habe.
Dann zückt der Blocher-Bruder plötzlich ein
Sackmesser. Das sei Christophs letztes Mittel,
sagt er in die TV-Kamera. «Es heisst Nahkampf
und Blut», sagt er und beginnt ein fiktives
Gespräch mit seinem Bruder: «Bist du in der
Lage, das zu ertragen? Kannst du dich dort
drin behaupten? Vielleicht haben die anderen
ja auch ein Sackmesser. Wenn die merken, dass
du es rausnimmst, nehmen sie es auch raus.»

everything in Swiss TV broadcast "Reporters"

"bloody personal fight" in the Federal
Government Building.
"Blocher Brothers - views before the
government's election". This documentary of
Wednesday evening is beginning in an idyllic
way with pictures from the Rhine Falls where
the Blocher family has grown up. But then Mr.
Gerhard Blocher is speaking curses like a
waterfall. Insults, conspiration theories and
war yelling of war are hunting each other.
Swiss TV is showing without censorship how the
former pastor is commenting Socialist
President Hans Jürg Fehr (59) who is standing
only some meters away from in during the
evening of the national elections in the
election studio [of Swiss TV].
Gerhard Blocher: "This is the last but last
human who exists on this earth."
Reporter: "Why?"
Blocher: "Just look at him. In this way one
simply does not look like."
Reporter: "And politically what crimes is he
committing?"
Blocher: "Nothing, he is not committing any
crime! He cannot commit any crime because he
is such a weak fool. He only has a stupid
mouth. And the worst is: He is only walking
around with a mask of a highly intellectual.
And when I will be near him, I would like to
take his face and to tear down his mask
(blob). And then all his face would come
down."
Telephones were ringing yesterday at Swiss TV
and mails also. "They were shocked about some
statements of Gerhard Blocher", speaker Urs
Durrer said.
Because the attack against Fehr was not the
only scenery provoking protest. Gerhard
Blocher was speaking in the film about
"eradicating". Word for word: "Christoph has
to clean the pigpen of our Swiss policy. If he
can do this I don't know. That can last
decades yet. There has to be eradicated
something."
For Gerhard Blocher Swiss Federal Government
building is not only a "pigpen" but it is a
"fortress with thick walls". He is speaking
stupidities with "airplanes, tanks and
artillery" and he is speaking of a "curtain
fire" that his brother had installed.
Then the brother of Christoph Blocher was
suddenly taking a pocket knife. This would be
Christoph's last mean, he presented the knife
into the TV camera. "This means personal fight
and blood", he said and is beginning a fictive
talk of his brother. "Are you capable to
suffer this? Can you win there? Perhaps the
others also will have a pocket knife. When
they are getting aware that you take it they
will also take it.">

Conclusions: The Blocher Family is driving Switzerland
into a Bible madness with their funds and with their
propaganda campaigns. And Swiss justice? - Is not doing
ANYTHING...
During the following day on December 7, 2007, Gerhard
Blocher is not even willing to withdraw something of his

December 12, 2007: Blocher not reelected -
Mrs. Widmer Schlumpf being elected
On December 12, 2007 Christoph Blocher is not reelected
as a government member, but Mrs. Widmer-Schlumpf is
elected and after one day she is accepting the election
against Nazi racist Blocher. Christoph Blocher breaking
many customs of a government member and spreading
constant racism in the country instead of stopping it
was created to be the "black sheep" and was kicked off
the Swiss government. [SVP was pretending being insulted
but this SVP knows that they all are hard Nazis and
racists and they want nothing more than the unique
dominance of whole Switzerland. "March on Berne" was
only the last detail]. Now SVP president Maurer is
organizing a kin liability. First racist Maurer wants to
exclude Mrs. Widmer-Schlumpf from the party. But this is
not possible. But racist Maurer is coming with his next
maneuver then excluding the whole SVP group of canton of
Grisons where Mrs. Widmer-Schlumpf comes from. Thus the
group of SVP of Grisons is founding a new political
party, Conservative Democratic Party
(Bürgerlich-Demokratische Partei, BDP). Other SVP
members being fed up with racism of Zurich SVP are also

government member - initiating more propaganda against
foreigners
The not-reelection of Christoph Blocher as a government
member is provoking even "sharper" tactics in SVP, only
against foreigners. SVP is using the lowest section of
the "enemy stereotype cupboard" making propaganda
against foreigners for years. Swiss population is
systematically terrorized with advertisements and
posters against foreigners.

Conclusion: The gap in Swiss law leaving minorities and
foreigners without protection from political propaganda
is a political consideration. And this missing
protection of minorities is a structure of a Nazi state.
Blocher & Blocher are "using" foreigners:

criminal political party not respecting any human
dignity but the own one.

Blocher sect is sharpening the slogans again in their
propaganda.
New curses of SVP
Blocher and his criminal SVP are broadening their curse
vocabulary. Own party members are called an "appendix"
or "half an SVP government member" U(p.35).
Old people coming back to the loser's boat
Christoph Blocher is calling Walter Frey back to SVP
because he wants to have old friends around him who are
on his "line" safely defending eventual attacks on his
person (p.82).

Walter Frey is charged with the task ensuring the
relations to the economy and playing a fund riser for
SVP (p.83). Basically the brute extremist behavior of
Blocher is contradicting Frey totally but as it seems
Walter Frey simply has not the courage to say "No
thanks" (p.83)..
New and false fantasy that Switzerland would "need"
this SVP
Racist Toni Brunner is coming with another propaganda
strategy against foreigners stating that "Switzerland
needs us" just in the sense: "We are the only one who
can hinder the apocalypse and can save you." (p.36-37).
Conclusion: Also this statement saving Switzerland is
wrong because EU with it's mafia structure is falling
down by itself and Switzerland is automatically not
entering EU. SVP is not needed any more concerning EU,
better said: Concerning EU never any SVP was needed
because for a membership with the EU one more people's
vote will be necessary. But the Swiss voters said a
sharp not to this in 2002 already.
New propaganda of SVP against Germans: criminal felt
party of SVP with Baron of the Lies Mörgeli feeling a
"German felt"
In 2008 Nazi propagandist Mörgeli was a "Prof. Dr." and
a chief of a museum at Zurich University yet. In this
year he detected a university statistics with German
professors. A propaganda advertisement was made
presenting only three years where the share of German
professors at Zurich University had risen. The year
before was left out, and also the last year with the
share going down was also left out. Nazi Mörgeli was
pretending that in 5 years only German professors would
teach at Zurich University. This huge lie of Nazi
Mörgeli against Germans had consequences on a national
level. Mrs. racist Rickli, SVP member, was reinforcing
the propaganda against Germans making propaganda during
3 weeks stating at the end that "not the Germans" would
bother her but "the mass of Germans". The attacks
against German cars in Switzerland were reinforced,
above all in Zurich. But this was not important for Nazi
SVP. The propaganda against Germans in Switzerland was
going to apartheid: Germans in restaurants were not
served any more. Criminal Swiss people were scratching
swastikas in German cars and since then Germans leave
their car at the border and come with the train to
Switzerland - not speaking German any more but English.
All these effects are because of the Nazi warmongers
Mörgeli and Rickli making propaganda against Germans.
These effects Switzerland has because of the "felt" of
SVP. How the conditions are today (in 2013) is
consequently concealed by Swiss media.
Partition of SVP into a traditional part and an
economic part
After not being elected as a government member any more
racist and billionaire Christoph Blocher is loosing
support in his own party of SVP because this party is
split into two parts with a traditional part (with
farmer's breakfast on Sunday mornings, trychels and
groups in traditional clothes) and a realist part (with
managers being successful partly also internationally).
But look what happens: The realists [among others with
Mr. Giezendanner with a transport company, or Stadler
Rail of Mr. Spuhler] are denounced and are eliminated
from the leader positions thus they have nothing to say
and have to repent (p.41).
Mid of 2008: Swiss media report about donations of
Swiss high street banks of UBS and CS for political
government parties
In 2008 the financing of political parties by UBS and CS
is discovered "with subsidies of about some 100,000
Swiss Franks up to almost one million per year honoring
the prospective service for the population - and as an
order from economy in general - a compensation." (orig.
German: "mit Zuwendungen in der Grössenordnung von
jeweils ein paar Hundert Tausend bis gegen eine Million
Franken pro Jahr für ihre weitsichtigen Dienste am Volk
- und im Auftrag der Wirtschaft - entschädigt."
SVP was not saying anything but was switching their
mouths to "no comment". Well, since Blocher &
Blocher exist in this SVP the topic of finances for the
party is left out of any discussion, and shortly before
the government elections in December 2008 at all.
Additionally for SVP these amounts of UBS and CS are
rather little and are not essential... (p.151). And thus
SVP stayed on their line: They are silent concerning
financing of the political party, and also the other
political parties are silent (p.152).
Conclusion: This is also the model to keep secret the
criminal Swiss bank secret. And it can be or is almost
probable that the real amount given by UBS and CS is
perhaps ten times higher bribing all political parties
protecting any criminality of the two Swiss high street
banks committing in the world with criminal bank secret
and money laundering for mafia world wide...
Just 4/5 of Swiss population wold like to have more
transparency with political party financing, but there
is not going on anything (p.154).
December 2008: Ulrich Maurer becoming an SVP
government member for military, police, sports and
secret service - destruction of Swiss military
(p.81)
Ulrich Maurer is successor of government member Schmid
(who was from Bernese part of SVP) (p.161). But this was
not so simple because SVP did not want to scare Blocher
away. Thus Blocher and Maurer were nominated both
because there was the fear that Christoph Blocher would
block any further funds for SVP. Well, shouter Blocher
was not reelected any more but "servant" Maurer was
elected now as a government member (p.161-162). Maurer
is a propagandist like Blocher, one more racist as a
"Minister of Military, Secret Service and Sports"
(p.181).
But Maurer is not a strategist, and is hardly creating
provocations or insulting words by himself (p.87).
Main work of this mountain farmer son Maurer is to
reduce Swiss military. He is pretending to be a
"peaceful man", but he is always a racist when the case
is about foreigners, without speaking or communicating
with the foreigners themselves and without controlling
how the life circumstances are abroad.
Blocher will not block the his money tube either but he
will only give funds to his "close friends" (p.163).
Toni Brunner, another farmer repeating SVP mantras
almost without faults is becoming a new President of SVP
[from the traditional line, he is a close friend of
racist Blocher] (p.104). Eventually he will "clean" the
party and exclude people who do not match to the party's
line [the realists] (p.163).
And SVP is going on with propaganda against foreigners
for catching voters - and Swiss justice is going on not
doing ANYTHING.
2009: Initiative against minarets - Islam will come
anyway

Racist Ulrich Schlüer (making an extremely right wing
policy, former he was a member of ASA for apartheid in
South Africa) and vice president of AUNS, Rudolf Syz,
are working out an anti minaret initiative (p.112). Syz
is also working with German journalist Udo Ulfkotte
telling some truths about the effects of Islam in Europe
(p.113) [but always concealing the fraud of September
11, 2001, and always concealing the destructive wars of
criminal "U.S.A." destroying Muslim countries]. Minaret
initiative is a prohibition against minarets in
Switzerland. This initiative is accepted by Swiss voters
and is provoking a political earthquake because no
country had the courage to fight Islam before. But as
one can see it is not the whole truth:
Supplement 1: Nazi graphic artist Alexander Segert is
inventing also computer games or lets develop new
computer games where minarets and muezzins can be shot.
This is a claim for the destruction of a religion - as
it has been performed by criminal "U.S.A." against the
natives already. Coward Swiss justice - is not doing
ANYTHING...

Blocher's SVP going down step by step
When Christoph Blocher is not playing the "leader" any
more then SVP does not know who will be the next leader.
SVP without Blocher & Blocher will suffer heavy
changes (p.147). Mr. racist Christoph Blocher is not
building a similar successor (p.182). But he is looking
for a revenge for not being elected any more in 2007 as
a government member (p.184). This revenge should be the
people's vote for the election of a government member.
Government members should be elected by the "people"
which is manipulated by SVP propaganda thus Blocher
could be the king of Switzerland with his propaganda
then (p.187).
Such an initiative had been in Switzerland several times
already in 1900 and in 1942 when other political parties

SVP initiative handed in in 2010 was rejected on June 9,
2013, with a very clear majority of 76%. Thus it will
not be possible to "buy" the department of a government

Knapp 9% statt 50%
Wie ist es zu dieser haarsträubenden
Falschbehauptung gekommen? Mörgeli hat
sich bei seiner Behauptung auf ein
Referat von Strafrechtsprofessor
Christian Schwarzenegger von der
Universität Zürich bezogen, der u.a.
die Kriminalstatistik des Jahres
2010 analysiert hat. Nur hat
Mörgeli bei seiner “Berechnung”
offensichtlich – absichtlich oder
unbewusst – eine falsche Zahl erwischt:
Er hat die Zahl der Verurteilten ohne
Wohnsitz in der Schweiz (17’251) durch
die Zahl der Asylsuchenden in der
Schweiz (36’116) geteilt und dann noch
grosszügig aufgerundet. Tatsächlich
wurden 2010 aber nur 3167 Asylbewerber
verurteilt, was nur 8,8% der
Asylsuchenden waren.
Ganz offensichtlich sahen sich weder
die Weltwoche-Redaktion noch Christoph
Blocher veranlasst die komplett
falsche Zahl von Mörgeli zu überprüfen.
Blocher wiederholte wenig später
Mörgelis Falschbehauptung auf seinem
Internetsender “Teleblocher”.
Fehlerhafte Interpretation von
Statistiken
Dieser haarsträubende Umgang der beiden
SVP-Exponenten mit diesen Zahlen
veranlasste Professor Schwarzenegger und
dessen Assistent David zu einem hervorragenden
Gastkommentar in der “Neuen Zürcher
Zeitung” vom 5. April 2013:
«Statistiken lügen», wird in diesem
Zusammenhang häufig behauptet. Doch
das stimmt nicht. Es sind vielmehr die
Interpreten der Statistiken, die
absichtlich oder unbewusst Fehler
machen. Die skandalisierenden
Schlussfolgerungen von Christoph
Mörgeli werden von der
Strafurteilsstatistik nicht gestützt.
Schockierend ist der Stammtisch-artige
Umgang mit der Kriminalstatistik.”
“Im Bereich der
«Ausländerkriminalität» gehört dazu
die Erkenntnis, dass es nicht auf die
Nationalität – eine belanglose

Auf den oftmals fragwürdigen Umgang mit
solchen Statistiken hatte ich bereits im
Herbst 2010 bei den umstrittenen
Äusserungen von Thilo Sarrazin
aufmerksam gemacht: Genetische
und andere Verirrungen
Polemik, Hetze und
Schreckenszenarien
Gerade Statistiken im Bereich der
“Ausländerkriminalität” werden immer
wieder – meist von rechtskonservativen
bis rechtsextremen Kreisen – für
Polemik, Hetze und Schreckensszenarien
missbraucht. Dabei
werden diese Statistiken wie die
Fälle Mörgeli und Sarrazin beweisen
oftmals fehlerhaft interpretiert (sei es
absichtlich oder unbewusst). So beruhen
die Behauptungen, in Europa finde eine
“schleichende Islamisierung” statt,
grossmehrheitlich auf
Fehlinterpretationen von

the first time that Swiss People's Party
SVP is operating with wrong figures
abusing for it's policy against
foreigners.
Hardly 9% instead of 50%
How could be this dreadful propaganda?
Mörgeli was copying some figures from a
speech of a professor of penology,
Christian Schwarzenegger from Zurich
University. He had analyzed criminal
statistics of the year 2010. Now Mörgeli
was calculating - deliberately or not -
with wrong figures: He took the number of
convicted people without residency in
Switzerland (17,251) parting this number
by the number of asylum seekers in
Switzerland (36,116) and was rounding the
result up generously. But in fact only
3,167 asylum seekers were convicted in
2010, thus only 8.8%.
Obviously nor the management of
"Weltwoche" nor Christoph Blocher felt
compelled to control the wrong indication
of Mörgeli. Blocher was just repeating
this scandalous figure in his Internet TV
"Teleblocher".
Wrong interpretation of statistics
This dreadful handling of figures by the
two SVP representatives provoked a
scientific comment of professor
Schwarzenegger and his assist David in
"New Zurich News" (Neue Zürcher Zeitung)
on April 5, 2013:

is often stated in this connection. But
this is not true. The fault comes from
the humans' interpretation making faults
deliberately or accidentally. Christoph
Mörgeli provoked a scandal with his
conclusion. Shocking is his kind of
working as if it would be propaganda

already that the handling with statistics
is often rare and strange in connection
with the book of Thilo Sarrazin: Genetic

Polemics, propaganda and apocalyptic
scenarios
Just statistics concerning "criminality of
foreigners" will always - mostly by right
wing conservatives and right extremist
circles - abused for polemics, propaganda
and apocalyptic scenarios. But these
statistics are often interpreted
badly as the cases of Mörgeli and
Sarrazin are proving (can be deliberately
or accidentally). Thus the statements that
in Europe would happen an "undercover
Islamization" is a wrong interpretation of
statistics.>
